Fernando is originally from the State of Sinaloa. He is a graduate from ITESO of Guadalajara with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing, and studied English as a Second Language in Vancouver, B.C.
Fernando decided to try his luck in the beautiful state of Baja California Sur and ended up staying long term. Now he considers Los Cabos home after many years. Since Fernando’s arrival to Cabo, his entire career has been related to customer service. With over 18 years of experience in hospitality and managing condominium associations, Fernando has developed extensive skills in HOA Administration and Tourism services.
At Elite Real Estate Los Cabos, Fernando assists homeowners with anything related to successfully monitoring, maintaining, and managing their properties. Having been in Cabo so long, Fernando is extremely knowledgeable about the area and its unique challenges, and he is very resourceful in getting connected with the right vendors for taking care of properties.
In his free time Fernando loves to spend time with his kids Diego and Alejandra, and he also loves spending time at the beach and mountain biking.

We had an excellent stay. Fernando was very helpful, courteous. He even went so far as to pick up one of our party at the airport who was arriving late. He went over and above. The condo is as described. We had a very pleasant stay.

Service, access and safety is wonderful. Security guards are helpful. The apartment is very comfortable with plenty of space. Our assigned host Fernando was wonderful, responsive, informative and courteous. The only negatives is the north and south views are not appealing. The patio looking west is a head stretch but an acceptable view of the sea of Cortez. It is a 600 meter walk to the Beach through the Casacadas resort. There are places to rent chairs and umbrellas. You can use the chairs from the apartment but the carry was a little hard for us being older and compromised gate. Ubers were plentiful and cheap. If you rent a car the parking under the building is easy access and fabulous. We stayed 51 days and found it very comfortable. I swim 1.4 kilometers a day and found the pools more than adequate.

What an incredible stay! The accommodations were excellent. Exactly as described. Perfect location too. A close walk to the beach and less than 5 minute Uber ride to the marina. Fernando took his time to show us the unit and explain everything to us. The fridge was stocked with drinks. A very nice touch. He even arranged airport transportation for us, showed us where to shop for groceries and told us where we could get tested for our trip home. This was everything and more than we expected. Thank you!
