Right from the beginning of our journey Gregorio was personable, conscientious and really concerned about US and our very large decision of buying a second home, in Mexico.  Greg contacted us, prior to our trip to Cabo to ensure that we had an opportunity to ask questions and for him to explain the “Ins and Outs” of buying a home in Mexico.  Even though we had decided that maybe we were not ready to purchase our second home yet, Greg asked to meet with us while we visiting anyway.  Greg took us on a tour of Cabo so that we could get a feel of the neighborhoods, then took us to a condo complex that was still being built so that he could take video for another client.  Well, we fell in love with this complex… Greg was there every step of the way, helping us understand the complexities of buying a house in Mexico.  He was in constant contact with us throughout the building process, sending pictures, videos and talking with the builders to ensure he knew everything that was going on so that WE knew everything that was going on.  He really took a lot of time to be our eyes and ears!  Buying a home in a foreign country is nerve racking but Greg eased our minds and we could not have had a better representative of our interests than Gregorio!!!
